Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Cleansparklumino and the customer regarding the sale of handmade accessories.

Offers and Orders

All offers are non-binding unless otherwise stated. Orders only become final after written confirmation by Cleansparklumino. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are stated separately and are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to change prices.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

iDEAL (Dutch bank transfer)
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Bancontact
PayPal
Bank Transfer (prepayment)

Payment must be made according to the agreed payment method. In case of non-timely payment, we are entitled to cancel the order or charge legal interest. All payments are securely processed through certified payment providers.

Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Because our accessories are handmade, production time may vary. We strive to deliver all orders within the stated period.

Shipping methods:

Standard shipping (Netherlands): 3-5 business days - €5.95
Express shipping (Netherlands): 1-2 business days - €12.95
Pickup at studio: Free (by appointment)

For orders outside the Netherlands, shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Contact us for more information.

Retention of Title

All delivered products remain the property of Cleansparklumino until full payment has been received.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without giving reasons. See our return policy for more information.

Warranty

All handmade accessories are manufactured with care. In case of defects resulting from production errors, we offer an appropriate solution within a reasonable period.

Liability

Cleansparklumino is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profit. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images and texts on our website are the property of Cleansparklumino and protected by copyright. Use without permission is not allowed.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and act in accordance with the GDPR. See our privacy policy for more information.

Complaints

Complaints about our products or services can be submitted via email or phone. We strive to handle all complaints within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with our solution, you have the right to file a complaint with the Disputes Committee or go directly to court. Consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

Changes

Cleansparklumino reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be published on this page.
